Cannot reopen the main window if closed while the playlists view is open #91

Static menu items for configuration and playlist windows should be added to the Window menu bar item. These menu items should also have keyboard shortcuts (⌘1, ⌘2)

Additionally, activating Music Library Exporter should reopen the configuration window if it has been closed.
