Suggest unpkg rather than rawgit #6

This just saves a little time trying to update the git commit hash each time a new version is published.

Feel free to ignore this, or perhaps rawgit can do the same (I couldn't see it in their docs).

Yea I was honestly looking at that earlier. I plan to change this to unpkg in the next patch.

The cdn is now Unpkg instead of rawgit
