Fix Login System (Tyler): #10

- The login page now has its own nice page: code
- there is now a page to register an account: code

- the login route is now functioning: code
- added a route for registering an account: code

Made the navbar better: code
- The navbar use to not be its own HTML file, but now it is

As far as I can tell, he successfully edited the database to add passwords and check for matching usernames + passwords to route to the users page. In other word, he finished the login system and made a html page for it (that looks relatively nice too)

Sel Evaluation: 3/3 - The database we had was not being utilized correctly, but now, after taking everything I learned this tri and last tri, I was able to make the login system work. I even made the HTML pages for the login and new account look nice and appealing. Also, while I was working on the login system, I also made our navbar nicer and easier to use.

Great job Tyler! Keep up the hard work, I especially like how you used prior knowledge to lead you to a successful ticket and went above and beyond!

Good specific goals outlined on ticket, and tangible links to code showing progress. The login system seems to be working well - great work this week!
