i feel like we're just starting to get a good feeling for the calibration. i did a whole space in 2 hours the other night (including scans, camamok and masking, but not including the time to build the model). it would be good to return to the visuals themselves next time we have a budget to spend time on this.
something that'd be really effective is to treat the space as a 360 projection from the center of the room. this would allow us to feed in 2d equirectangular video and experiment/iterate quickly.
