When trying to put a blank name by just hitting enter, it says "this doesn't fit our county's criteria", but you can still do a blank name by just hitting the spacebar

When trying to put a blank name by just hitting enter, it says "this doesn't fit our county's criteria", but you can still do a blank name by just hitting the spacebar #40

we are no longer able to make characters with blank names, with that being said we should look to simplify the process further and have nicer ui in the future, but this is good for now.
