This may be unintended functionality between the base game and the VORP setup.

Split this up to be the following way:

  1. The PED tailor guy is who you are able to buy clothing from.
  2. Make it where there is a wardrobe that you can go and change your outfit within. This Wardrobe should still be in the vicinity and we should make it to where its location is recognizable in each place w/ ease.
