Safari Tab Titles needed #710

There's no way to identify each Safari tab in order to turn down the volume on a tab.

Suggestions

name each tab maybe using part/all of the address or the favicon
- differentiate between tabs that are playing audio/video content - even better only display these tabs
- if these suggestions aren't possible then how about a single 'Safari' option?

@kyleneideck I am interested in taking this issue up. I have good C++ knowledge but no prior app dev experience, so it may take some time for me to get up to speed.

Just wanted to ask if I can go ahead with this, and confirm if the repo is still active, and if you would be available to review and merge PR once done (if it's acceptable)
