< The bug > Whenever I have the dev tools open and a script is replaced, my RAM is slowly taken up — presumably by the dev tools themselves.

< My expectations > Not eating up RAM, similar to what happens if I'm not replacing a script

< Steps to reproduce > Not sure if it's just specific to replacing MultiplayerPiano.com's script.js

Tab URL: https://www.multiplayerpiano.com/ -- From: /script.js -- To: An edited version of that script.js — specific edits don't matter.

Tested in Chrome and Vivaldi.

Ubuntu 20.04 LTS x86_64 on an ASUS X555QA 1.0, with Linux 5.4.0-33-generic
