The voice controller is located on the bottom right of the main screen and can be turned on and off.
The voice controller should have a way to start listening for tags, then be able to save and send the text received to other functions.
Currently it doesn't do anything with the voice control text received unless you are on the tagging screen. In that case, it hands the text to the tag processor.
