Painfully, had to upgrade to 21.04 LTS, reinstall certbot, certbot-cloudflare plugin, combine apache config directives for the two virtual hosts, and rebuild Spanish version (https://github.com/kylerove/pediatricurologybook-spanish) to point to new permanent home https://v1.pediatricurology.com
