Add data for each team each year #15

Find a place to get statistics for each team each year? Can I find game level stats for each team? Will need fuzzy matching and most likely some cleaning of names for teams that are commonly abbreviated like "VCU" = Virginia Commonwealth University

Was hoping to finish this by Selection Sunday 2020, but looks like other stuff got it will be late :/

Will this be updated for the 2021 NCAA bracket?

Sadly no. I would if I could... I just don't have the time right now.

If you want to make updates, I would recommend cloning it locally and making edits there for now. I think you would just need to change file_name in brackets.py to read in where-ever you have stored brackets.json.
