Adjust "Content Type" table on Content Type Tab #3

Allow filtering of the list to a single content type. Right now I need to alpha order the content types and then scroll through to see which is which.
Extend the list to longer than 10. 50 or 100 would be delightful!
Open URLs in _target="blank" for easy reference back

The first two should be addressed using the search input on the top right and the row quantity in the top left. Would that work?

Miss you, @kyletaylored ! I'm just doing some cleanup in GitHub and figured "he's likely not going to get to this and if he did, I wouldn't have timing to work on it :-) So, closing this!
