Right-Click only works on tiles in SOM display #3

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Make an SOM.
2. Try right-clicking where no tile is.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It should still show a right-click menu allowing you to add a new tile or save 
a cluster, etc.

Attempted to replicate this issue, found no problem.  Issue should be removed?
