I believe this should help with the 9 digit postal code.

@kylewest I dunno wtf happened. Was a straight forward merge, but suddenly FedEx tests are failing. My collaborator privileges should be revoked! :face_with_head_bandage:

@Soulfire86 no worries, guessing it was something on FedEx's end since they are working now. This is the problem with testing against live APIs -- no other option for us though.

Deployed to NuGet as 0.9.5.77.
