Total stack height not clearing unless all missions are turned in #8

Occasionally I will turn in missions and pick up others. I have noticed that until I turn in ALL missions the board will show kills left for the factions. I tried refreshing the game, restarting, and uninstalling/reinstalling with no luck. The only thing that cleared it was to turn in all the missions.

If I don't turn all of these in before accepting new missions, these straggling kills remain until the entire board is cleared out.
