Show likes, reposts, bookmarks and listens #70

Untill now likes haven't been handled in any special way, this patch shows the liked url in the feed instead it being a entry without any content.

Ok, I been thinking and I will update this commit so it will be able to handle more than just like-of.

I tested it with some website out in the wild, it seems that woodwind doesn't save listen-of in the database but the other ones seem to work nice.
