Verify Local Data

"torrent-verify" allows you to verify the local data. Adding "Verify Local 
Data" to the torrent actions would be a nice addition to Transdroid.

Not a high priority, but it is available in the web GUI, so it might be good to 
add in Transdroid as well.

I suppose that's useful (and quite easy to add). Will leave this open - I have 
to look though all the other clients if they support it.

For Transmission it is straightforward (the rpc-spec documents the 
torrent-verify method), but for the other clients it would be useful to know if 
they support it, yes.
