uTorrent Scheduler Access #335

Was wondering if your able to incorporate the uTorrent Scheduler Facility. Not 
to configure but just being able to enable or disable the scheduler. Quite 
common I will have it enabled but if I need something downloaded quick I will 
disable it.

As far as I can tell this should be added to the latest uTorrent 3.0 builds so 
I should be able to do this. Don't expect this very soon, though.
