Cannot add torrents when using socks 5 proxy with utorrent #508

What steps will reproduce the problem?

This is a new issue as I have been using the socks 5 proxy for many months 
without issue

When the socks 5 proxy is enabled I cannot add torrents via the search feature. 
 I am able to delete, pause, resume, but not add.  Disabling the proxy corrects 
the issue.  Transdroid appears to add the torrent successfully (no errors) but 
the torrent is not actually downloaded nor added to the torrent client.

What version of the product are you using?

I am able to recreate this issues with v2.1.3 , v2.1.4 and v2.2.0.  I've also 
tried different search apps v2.1 and v.2.2

What torrent client are you using?

The issue occurs with utorrent v2.2.1, v3.2.1 and v3.4.2

Same issue as well can't add torrent using socks 5 proxy.
