Description extend varkes to support cloud events

Changes proposed in this pull request:

Route legacy event and cloud event to the correct endpoint depending on header
Get cloud event url from kyma
Send cloud event in structured and binary mode
Extend tests to cloud events in structured and binary mode
Extend Kyma mock with cloud events in structured and binary mode
Extend the UI with cloud event only in structured mode

To do:

Confirm cloud event url from compass
