Ensure labeling of AC module is compliaten with ADR #864

Description

We agreed to use consistent labels for all Kyma modules. Goal of this task is to verify that the agreed labels are applied for the Application Connector module.

ADR with a list of agreed labels is https://github.com/kyma-project/community/issues/864

This change could be combined with https://github.com/kyma-project/application-connector-manager/issues/108

AC:

• [ ] Verify that we configure all labels (defined in https://github.com/kyma-project/community/issues/864) for the Application Connector Module
  • [ ] If a discrepancy exists, align the labels to be compliant with the ADR
