Finalise operational awareness workshop for ACM

Description

As part of the 2024 team goals, we have to finalise the operational awareness workshop for the ACM.

Goals is to complete the risk matrix and to define the severity of each finding.

AC:

• [x] Workshop series completed and Risk matrix finished
• [x] Identify and define mitigation strategies for each finding
• [x] Measuring of severity per finding
• [x] Ensure troubleshooting guides for findings with medium or high severity will be created
