Support SAP Store team during the migration to ACM

Description

The SAP Store team is currently using the Kyma 1 application connector component (2.15). The team is going to upgrade to Kyma modules.

We will support them during the migration by following actions:

• Identify required migration efforts
• Support guideance

AC:

• [ ] Schedule call with SAP Store team to review their current setup of the Application Connector and identify whether migration efforts are required to use the Application Connector Modujle
• [ ] If migration efforts are needed, support and guide the team during the migration to ensure a smooth upgrade to the Application Connector Module
