ACM release process is not populating YAMLs for CRD + default CR #325

Description

The latest release is missing the YAML manifest CRD + default CR for the ACM module.

Expected result

Generated release in Github include the sources + YAML manifests for CRD + default CR

Actual result

YAML manifests are missing in the Github release as assets when releasing a new ACM version.

Steps to reproduce

Verify the assets in AMC release 1.1.5 and 1.1.6. The 1.1.6 release is not including the YAML manifests.
