Fix aria labels and console warnings #1358

Description

Each time a Dialog is opened (for example when a new resource) is added, the console shows an extensive warning that hinders the DevExp. Address the warning in Busola or/and Fundamental.

Expected result

The warnings don't show

Steps to reproduce

Open/refresh Busola
Go to Functions
Click on Create New Functions
