Introduce Resource Validation using Datree schema

Description After doing the SPIKE to check if we should use Datree as a WASM plugin, we have decided to create our own solution using the schema in their repository. We can use a JSON Schema validator e.g. this one.

Reasons We should inform a user about the best practices or mistakes they have made during creating resources using the YAML editor.

Acceptance criteria

[x] Datree schema is used to display best practices and/or warnings about mistakes users have made when uploading a YAML files
[x] The information is displayed in the Upload Yaml component
[x] Follow the DoD
