Description As a contributor, I need to see if my PR is ready to be reviewed and has good prefixes and DoD followed.

Reasons Microdelivery requirements of the PR.

Acceptance criteria

[ ] Workflow is checking prefixes on the PR (feat, chore, ...)
[ ] Workflow is checking if the description is filled
[ ] Workflow is checking if checkboxes are marcked
