  2. Issue Synopsis: No test alternative provided. Observed Behavior: No test alternative provided for all ‘Open in new tab’ button icon throughout the application. Expected Behavior: For all non-text UI elements provided text alternatives should be meaningful and fulfil the purpose of the UI.
