Issue Synopsis: Focus overlapping UI in high contrast themes. Observed Behavior: Focus is overlapping check boxes in high contrast black and white themes within ‘Extension’ page. Expected Behavior: There should be strong, clear four-sided single visible focus provided for all the UI elements. Whenever the user uses a keyboard (s)he needs to be in control of where the input happens and affects consequences. Therefore, the focus must always be visible and easy to find.
