3. Issue Synopsis: Visible label not provided. Observed Behavior: All edit and combo fields within ‘Form’ and ‘Edit’ sections throughout the application do not have visual label. Expected Behavior: Visible label should be provided for all UI elements. All UI elements should have visible and meaningful label provided and it should associated with the UI. Meaningful label supports the user in entering data correctly.
