Update machine mappings to report 3 cpus instead of 2 #3395

Description

All machine types introduced in https://github.com/kyma-project/control-plane/pull/3368 need to be modified to report 3 CPU cores instead of 2. This will be a short time change and will be replaced by a different solution later.
