This is a duplicate of https://github.com/kyma-project/infrastructure-manager/issues/273 to handle the adjustments within the Provisioner.

AC:

• [ ] Provisioner is using AZ to determine whether a cluster is used as free/trial instance or for enterprises purposes (1AZ=free/trial otherwise enterprise cluster).

• [ ] If enterprise, the fix is applied as described in https://github.com/kyma-project/infrastructure-manager/issues/273
