Provide documentation for the first steps with docker registry module.

The following information is included on the main README file (Overview section for general description parts and right after Install section for the usecase)
[x] about docker-registry's primary purpose: being development tool
[x] what problem that it solve: provides you with a docker registry so that you dont need to provide extra configuration for the external one
[x] that it has configuration options : A: expose vs k8s local only, B multiple storage options (with links to the files from `docs``)
[x] describe basic usecase: import image via kyma@v3 or docker CLIs and host an image for a workload in the same kyma cluster

There is no good UX without a brief description of why would sb want to install docker-registry
