AC:

if no Runtime CR present, no runtimeConfig key in json structure
if possible get rid of managed fields data
~~do not fetch runtimeConfig for collections~~ - this is postponed till we test performance

Need to remove "managedFields" key from the map. Currently we set fields to nil, it is not sufficient.
