Kyma on CCEE #13159

Description

In order to comply with SAP BTP strategy, Kyma has to run on Converged Cloud.

Context

Problem

There are a number of SAP services that currently run in SAP data centers and would like to migrate to Kyma. Some of those data centers provide a way to deliver services in regions with enhanced data protection rules. Since Kyma is currently only available on Hyperscalers, these services cannot migrate to Kyma.

Benefits

Enable users to run workloads in SAP data centers and take advantage of enhanced data protection along with availability in regions where Hyperscalers are not present or have some limitations.

Potential problems

Support model might have to be re-evaluated. Would require support personnel to be familiar with data center related issues and maintenance procedures.
