Concept of aggregation layer for perf tests

Description

As a result of https://github.com/kyma-project/kyma/issues/8181, there is a need to have a clear design on the aggregator. Below are some of the questions which need to be addressed:

• How metrics from Vegeta can be used to correlate metrics calculated end to end?
• Which exact metrics need to be measured using Vegeta's result channel?
• How the metrics should be plotted? E.g. gnuplot, vegeta's plotting library?
