Add support Nodejs22 to serverless

Description

Add additional versions v22 to supported nodejs serverless runtimes.

AC

• [ ] new runtime is selectable from kyma dashboard
• [ ] nodejs v20 stays the default
• [ ] update documentation
• [ ] include nodejs 22 in the test bed

Without Nodejs22 in the Alpine repo we either could

• build nodejs22 each time (~15mins)
• use official tar.xz, which limits us to amd64 and hinders local development on arm64 platform We'll wait for Alpine repository
