Istio integration test for metric scraping #847

Description This ticket was not covered by proper tests and this should be fixed. As it is really hard to verify if the sidecar gets used or not, the test should verify that all telemetry containers can be scraped properly.

Criterias

Verify that scraping of the telemetry components with a MetricPIpeline is working as expected
