Description

Migrate all build Prow jobs to Github actions following the documentation.

The deadline was announced on the Kyma PO meeting to 30th of August.

Reasons

Deletion of Prow and migration to the Github actions.

Acceptance Criteria

[ ] All Prow jobs from the attached list are deleted from https://github.com/kyma-project/test-infra repository.
