[CI/CD] Migrate prowjobs out of Neighbor's Prow - SRE #9497

Description The prow jobs owned by the sre team have to be removed and if necessary substituted with something else. To simplify the process here is a list of prow jobs that should be migrated by sre team.

@ebensom what is the status for @kyma-project/operations of migration outside of Prow? The deadline was moved from end of January to end of February 2024.

@Sawthis It is tracked in our internal backlog under issue 4822 and 4842

@ebensom I've received information from @PK85 and @tobiscr that below job is from SRE. Is that correct?
