Fixing lint errors #177

A branch to fix the lint errors. Don't merge yet as I am sending a dummy commit to run the lint scanner and identify issues.

All lint errors fixed and tests updated. One thing that requires your attention are the changes in data_cleansing and to len(emeg_channels) in plain.py. I wasn't sure about the functionality of these things and did what I thought was correct.
