I've suggested Contributor Covenant 2.1 which is very widely adopted but we should make sure we're all happy with it.

Yes I'm happy with this in preparation for open-sourcing, thanks for suggesting. 👍 I have added kymata.org as the location to find the 'community leaders'. Merging.
