Set random seed for gridsearch #312

I'll test this to make sure a) it is now the same each time, and b) it is different if you use a different seed.

I can confirm that fixing the seed stops results from changing each time.

I have removed the ability for uses to change the seed easily – unlike other hyper parameters, users shouldn't need to change this (a large enough number of derangements should stop them from having to).
