Allow disabling floodgate support #169

In some rare cases the bypass of login with floogdate isn't really great, if you could add a config which disables the check (or makes the players always non floodgate) we would be very happy

Not gonna implement it as it would probably cause more issues than it would solve. You're free to implement it yourselves.
