Add a CAPTCHA system #177

Pretty default and expected as a feature for most password security plugins and even on the internet on every website, yes it can be bypassed by a 10% (everything can be bypassed) but it will stop most attempts and thats worth to have.

If anyone wants to PR this, I'll accept it. I probably won't implement it by myself tho.

Why not? A basic capatch system can be done in less then an hour, I would do it myself but I work with maven and not gradle. Please consider doing it, its not hard and a lot of users would appriecete it.
