A dismissed alarm is re-activated if the application is restarted #343

  1. Wait for an alarm to activate
  2. Dismiss it
  3. Close the application
  4. Re-open the application
  5. The alarm will be re-activated

The 1,2,3,4 points must happen in the same minute.
