Allow showing the database tree item icons in a separate column to the left, leaving only the labels in the column that shows the database structure with the expander icons. The expander column can be set with http://wxpython.org/Phoenix/docs/html/dataview.DataViewCtrl.html#dataview.DataViewCtrl.SetExpanderColumn
