ArchWikiWantedCategories.js: broken plugin? #164

If the plugin is supposed to be run from Special:WantedCategories, there is a bug: the preview filter now excludes all red links (introduced probably in 60ea9b7ce671116cb4ecebfec13438d239f6007b).

Honestly I'm not using that plugin anymore, what it does (or was doing :P ) is just creating the category as a direct child of its language category, but I think it would be better to create it in the same place in the category tree as its English analogous. This is also why the plugin is currently not included in any default configuration, but only in the testing one with the local inclusions.

This bug will remind that the plugin needs to implement such functionality.
