ArchWikiSortContacts: simplify queries #179

Follows #174

The WM.MW.getActiveUsers calls in ArchWikiSortContacts could be simplified by querying augroup=bot|sysop|bureaucrat|maintainer at once after the following upstream bug is fixed: https://bugzilla.wikimedia.org/show_bug.cgi?id=64505

Those bugs should be fixed in MW 1.24
