Think of a way to efficiently manage saved links to diffs and discussions:

Check for links to closed/deleted discussions and remove them; warn that the discussion may have been moved, or its heading rewritten
When saving a link to a discussion (check the heading), update any pre-existing links
Automatically group links by target page
Let set the priority of discussions, or move them easily in the (table? list?).
Make sure to clearly show the headings of saved discussions
